If a ticket had 10 top prizes and 7 remain, that's 70% of the top-prize tier unclaimed. It is a useful signal that meaningful headline prizes are still in play.

It is **not** a 70% chance any given ticket wins. Individual ticket outcomes are fixed at print time and independent of what other tickets in the print run have done.
